ANNUAL LEAVE

Q1. Will I be entitled to any Annual Leave if I tender my resignation before my contract ends?

A1. You are entitled to Annual Leave if you have completed 3 months of service. Your Annual Leave will be pro-rated accordingly.

Q2. What is my current Annual Leave balance?

A2. Your Annual Leave balance will be reflected at the bottom of your monthly pay slip.

Q3. Can my Annual Leave be encashed if I am unable to clear them?

A3. This is at the discretion of the management. Any unconsumed Annual Leave may be forfeited, hence it is advisable to consume all your entitled Annual Leave before the end of your contractual period.


MEDICAL LEAVE & CLAIM

Q1. How do I claim my medical expenses?

A1. You need to post the original medical receipt within the stipulated time frame, as stated in your employment contract with us. We regret that any claims received after the stipulated time frame will not be entertained/processed.

Q2. How do I qualify for paid sick leave?

A2. To qualify, you must:

  • served your employer for at least 3 months.
  • informed your employer within 48 hours of your absence.
  • For paid sick leave, you must be certified to be unfit for work by a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Registration Act or Dental Registration Act.

    TCM medical certificate will be accepted if your physician is registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB). You may click on this link to check for the eligibility: https://prs.moh.gov.sg/prs/internet/profSearch/main.action?hpe=TCM

    Q3. What medical expenses can I claim?

    A3. Only medical consultation fee can be claimed, others like medicine, lab test, vitamins, etc. cannot be claimed.

    Q4. Can I claim my dental expenses?

    A4. You will not be entitled to claim dental expenses unless your employment contract specifies otherwise.


    SALARY

    Q1. How do I tender my resignation?

    A1. To tender your resignation, you are required to serve the full notice period as per your Employment Contract (please check). Resignation form can be found in our website: http://www.seacaremanpower.com/Downloads.aspx
    Kindly email your duly filled resignation form to our Admin department: admin_dept@seacaremanpower.com or fax: 6734 6734 for our necessary processing.

    Q2. What should I do if there is a discrepancy in my pay?

    A2. If there is any discrepancy, you may contact our Payroll hotline at 6379 5633 or email admin_dept@seacaremanpower.com.

    Q3. When is my Pay day?

    A3. Your Pay day will be on the 7th day of the next calendar month as per your Employment contract. You can refer to our Seacare website: http://www.seacaremanpower.com/Announcement.aspx for the monthly timesheet submission deadline.

    Q1. If I have completed my contract with Seacare Manpower, would you be able to recommend me another job?

    A1.

    Q1. How do I submit my leave forms or attendance forms?

    A1. After your reporting officer has approved and endorsed on your forms, pls fax to us at 6734 6734 or email to: admin_dept@seacaremanpower.com for our processing. Documents sent via email will receive an auto-reply that your email is successfully sent.

    Q2. Is your office open on Saturday?

    A2. Yes, Saturday operating hours is from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
